Opened on December 9, 2021, the food festival will run until December 18, 2021 at Doreen Hotel Dhaka’s signature restaurant, The Flair, from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Delicious dishes await the people of Dhaka, specially prepared by Chef Kaique, who came from Brazil to make a big party. With the experience of working in different world class hotels, the chef is now here to show his culinary expertise and introduce guests to the global food map of America, Mexico, Italy, Japan, China and Thailand to India, through the “Street Food Market”.

To make this event more successful, Doreen Hotel has partnered with Coca-Cola as a Beverage Partner, Finlay Tea as a Hot Beverage Partner and ZM as a Raffle Partner. Ten lucky guests will receive gift baskets from ZM.
In the Street Food Market, you’ll find live counters stocked with deshi-style fuchka and hilsha fries, Middle Eastern shwarma, Indian luchi, Malaysian chicken satay, Thai beef / chicken dumplings, and hot – American dogs. Taste authentic Thai cuisine on the cutting station with whole grilled fish marinated with cilantro soy sauce and whole roast chicken marinated in Indian style.
If you are a lover of Japanese food, you can have an assortment of sushi like California rolls, dynamite rolls, vegetable sushi rolls, and fried sushi rolls. Among the special main dishes, you can get Spanish chicken rice, creamy mixed seafood and many more.
You can enjoy Korean fried chicken, Mexican beef nachos, quesadilla, and burritos. Visit the dessert station where you can find hot apple pie, mini fruit pie, cannoli, carrot cake, coconut pie, kunafa, patishapta pitha and a treasure trove of other desserts .
