PRNS offers volunteer events throughout the month of March to provide residents with a safe way to enjoy our beautiful outdoor spaces and make a difference.
All event sessions will require volunteers to follow current COVID-19 safety protocol measures. The city of San José has a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination and testing policy. Volunteers must present proof of vaccinations and boosters to participate in City-sponsored events.
Additional information regarding this policy is available on the City’s website. Safety protocols are subject to change to follow state and county guidelines.
Volunteers are provided with all necessary tools and training, and are asked to bring a bottle of water, snacks, and wear closed-toe shoes. All sessions will take place rain or shine.
Those interested in volunteering should pre-register for the events linked above. For more information, contact: ParkVolunteer@sanjoseca.gov or call 408-595-3483.
